Having been here for almost 6 months, it makes me realize that this company is super reactive. Reacting to only things when it happens, rather then pre-emoting things. What’s the best??? The systems are freaking retarded with people who are dying to push the blame around as much as long as they are able to freaking cover their asses. So much for their motto, I highly doubt they ever really provide the kind of service or act in the best interest of clients since everything is more troublesome, rigid and absolutely ridiculous!!!
I never felt so helpless before knowing that there is no one I could turn to for help cause the people who has been fucking around for the tons of years doesn’t even know their things about this company well, what more me who just joined for just a few months??? There must be something wrong with this company though but I have to better hang on and at least survive through the next 2 years at leAst. Let’s pray hard that things get better, or I will just have to be stronger and smarter in dealing with all these crap and shit in the future going forward.
